電話面試技巧：
在面試過程中不要機(jī)械地背誦你準(zhǔn)備好的自我介紹?；卮饐栴}時語速不必太快，發(fā)音吐字要清晰，表述要簡潔、直截了當(dāng)、充滿熱情，使得談話有趣而易于進(jìn)行，快了反而會弄巧成拙。
如果問題沒聽清楚，要很有禮貌地請面試官重述一次，不要不懂裝懂。回答時盡可能表現(xiàn)得有禮貌，不要答非所問。要記得，請求面試官說得更清楚一些是正確的做法。如有必要，甚至還可以要求面試官改用其他方式重述他的問題。
最后提醒，電話面試也要把握實話實說的原則，面試時的自我介紹切記不可過分夸大脫離現(xiàn)實，同時，在接電話過程中保持合適的語速和職業(yè)化態(tài)度是能贏得高分的關(guān)鍵要素。

In my spare time, I like to read novels. I think reading could enlarge my knowledge. As for novels, I could imagine whatever I like such as a well-known scientist or a kung-fu master. In addition to reading, I also like to play PC games. A lot of grownups think playing PC games hinders the students from learning. But I think PC games could motivate me to learn something such as English or Japanese.

luoyang played a very important role in chinese history. so it has a profound cultural background and many great heritagesites have been well reverved. such as longmen grotto, one of the three grottoes in china ang white horse temple, being regarded as the cradle of chnese buddhism.
