First, you must get up earyly, then you should do sports for one hour, but you must remember not to get up too early.
Second, you should eat vegetables and fruit every day, and you can’t eat junk food, such as French fries, hamburgers. Water is also important, so you must drink a large of glass water in the morning . I thin k it’s very healthy.
Third, you shouldn’t watch TV and play computer games more than twice a week, watching TV and playing computer too much is bad for your eyes, and you can go for a walk with your family after dinner.
We can’t forget the importantce of health, because it’s important for us.

因為人的記憶力有選擇啊，有的人天生對語言天生敏感，所以記得就快，有的人對歷史敏感，記憶歷史就比別人快。所以人的記憶力不能一概而論，這是我多年學習的經驗，和個人理解。
第一，你不要把英語單詞當成中文的象形文字來記，中文的記憶有形象關系，但是單詞時無意義的字母排序，背得時候一定要理解英語的發音規律，先要記沒個單詞的發音，有的發音如tioneror什么的你一定發現了幾個字母組合法特定的音，按發音記！
有時候寧肯先記發音！
因為有時候，你甚至能根據發音，你自己就能寫出來，何必要背。其實英語的字母單詞，不是很規律的，不想拼音的，但還是有一定的規律。
其實背英語單詞，不能死記是真的，但是一定要持之以恒，首先要有心理準備，要有自信。
你背英語單詞的時候可以邊默讀便用筆在一張紙上寫，就是隨便寫一些，主要是加深印象。
我的習慣是第一次背時先寫5遍/單詞，隔天寫3遍/單詞。過一段時間再重復。這樣記雖然慢，但是很扎實。
而且還要注意，背單詞應該背詞典，就是你背一個詞的'形式，比如名詞，最好翻閱詞典，把其他的形式也給背過。這樣看起來，似乎比較費腦子，實際上我認為，這樣無形中很快，因為你背單詞就是要用在閱讀上，這樣背的話既實用又能無形中體會出英語的變形規律，以后就會背的很快樂。
