首段開個好頭
第一段四個句子。第一句宏觀描述圖畫，并談圖畫看似可笑但發人深思;第二句寫出圖畫最強烈的視覺效果;第三句是主題句，盡可能用二十個單詞的爆發力句型談該現象對個人的發展和進步有破壞性，并引發思考;第四句是用貶義詞批判這個現象并可以強烈的指責。

中間段落從兩方面論證問題的危害，并舉例論證，預測危害的趨勢。
第二段七個句子。首先第一句從宏觀上談這種現象的總的有兩到三個點危害或者原因;第二句談這個現象的第一個危害，用 “not only, but also”的五星級句子，通常是談對個人身心健康的危害性;第三個句子談第二個危害，用一個豪華級的比較級的句子，讓老師耳目一新，通常是談這個現象對社會的危害;第四個句子談對家庭或學校的危害;第五個句子談一個代替 “for example”的十五個單詞的好句子,意思是說沒有更好的例子來證明正如下文;第六個句子是例子群體的出現，談根據一項調查表明，80%以上的人只要從事經歷過這個消極的現象一定會對個人在精神和生活上有危害;最后一句話是預測趨勢的二十五個單詞的鉆石級的句子，談一下預測趨勢，表明這種現象再這樣下去，就會導致惡劣的結果出現，甚至是毀滅性的后果。

第三段六個句子。第一個句子是下個結論，談解決問題的必要性;第二個句子是第一個建議談的是加強立法懲治這個現象;第三個句子談提高人們的覺悟，關于這個現象能提高人們對這個現象的覺悟;第四個句子談個諺語，談一下實踐我的建議的重要性;第五個句子談解決的任重道遠;第六個句子是解決問題之后的美好的未來。
