　　(一)，數字策略

　　所謂的數字策略就是描寫上多才要能夠數字，用數據說話，同樣要表達一個信息，用具體的數字來代替“大量”、“很多”、“大部分”這種模糊的量詞，即可提高描述事實的可信度，在招聘官看來能具體到數字上，必然是親身經歷過的，數字策略運用的還能提高個人簡歷的檔次。

　　(二)，屏蔽不利信息策略

　　每個人身上都會有一些優點，還有一些缺點，在求職中自己的缺點就是不利信息。你不能將不利的信息變成有利的信息，但卻可以將不利的信息屏蔽掉，屏蔽不利信息這種策略是提高簡歷可用的技巧之一。個人簡歷上的優勢是如何突出的?就是通過揚長避短的方式，將無關緊要以及不利的信息都屏蔽掉，這不僅能放大自己的優勢亮點，還能讓簡歷看起來更加簡潔。

　　(三)，客觀描寫策略

　　關于編寫個人簡歷要以什么角度來寫的問題，一般來說不適用第一人稱，第一人稱下的個人簡歷太過主觀化。而主管化的個人簡歷會給招聘官以不可信的感覺，因此寫簡歷注意減少主觀信息，諸如“我是……”、“我認為……”這種句式最好不要使用。寫簡歷以客觀角度敘述也是一種策略，站在旁觀者的角度來寫，可提高簡歷的可信度。
