A:開頭
開頭一定要開門見山的寫明你對公司有興趣并想擔任他們空缺的職位，以及你是如何得知該職位的招聘信息的。
例如： 獲知貴公司****年**月**日在******上招聘******的信息后，我寄上簡歷敬請斟酌。
B:推銷自己
信的第二部分要簡短地敘述自己所學的專業(yè)以及才能，特別是這些才能將滿足公司的需要。沒有必要具體陳述，詳細內容引導對方查看你的簡歷。此外，推銷時要適度，不能夸大其詞。
C:聯(lián)系方式
寫清楚在求職信中給出你電話預約面試的可能時間范圍，或表明你希望迅速得到回音，并標明與你聯(lián)系的最佳方式。
D:收尾
感謝他們閱讀并考慮你的應聘。
另外還有幾點是一定要注意的：
A:首先求職信的篇幅不要太長，簡明扼要就可以了。
B:其次不要粘貼或附帶太多支持文件，諸如證書、獎狀等復印件，除非是招聘單位在招聘廣告中特別申明要求的，否則寄了厚厚一大疊材料，成本代價不菲，收效可能甚微。
C:最后，態(tài)度要誠懇，不需要任何豪言壯語，也不用使用任何華麗的詞匯，只要讓對方讀來覺得親切、自然、實實在在就可以了。
