　　Directions: Two months ago you got a job asan editor for the magazine Design & Fashions. But now you find that thework is not what you expected. You decide to quit. Write a letter to your boss,Mr,Wang, telling him your decision, starting your reasons and making anapology.

　　Write your letter with no less than 100words. Do not sign your name at the end of the letter; use Li Ming instead. Youdo not need to write the address.

　　Dear Mr. Wang,

　　I am writing to inform you about my decision to resign from mycurrent position.

　　The primary reasons are as follows. First, after two months, I dofeel that it is not easy for me to get used to the extra work and night shift. Second,the salary has proven to be much lower than you originally promised, and I havea large family to support. Last, what I have learned in the university cannotmeet the requirement of being an editor.

　　I feel terribly sorry for the inconvenience I have caused. Isincerely hope that you approve of my resignation.

　　Dear Sir/Madam:

　　It is with deep regret that I tender my resignation from the (provide position and title) effective immediately asprovided for under the terms and conditions of employment during theprobationary period. In the short time I have been here, I have learnt a lotand I am even in greater aware of the company’s achievements.

　　很遺憾提出這份在****崗位上的辭呈，根據之前提供的試用期適用條款，這份辭呈應該會即時生效。盡管到公司時間不長，但我還是學到了很多，對公司的業績也有了更深的了解。

　　I came to this decision painfully after continued deliberations on my partafter accepting the offer and concluding that my family needs me more thananything else at this point (or provide other reason).They will be very disappointed of my decision too after having been sosupportive of me taking up the offer; but I have strong belief in my convictionthat my decision to resign is the best.
